Research interests:

Dr. Brodsky's research interest is in understanding how mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) and aging affect sensorimotor control of balance.
  1. The effect of multisensory dysfunction and mTBI on balance control
  2. How a history of mTBI affects typical balance control changes that occur during aging

The ultimate goal of her work is to better identify people who are at risk for falls, and to develop improved rehabilitation methods to address imbalance and reduce fall risk in people with complex causes of imbalance.
