Vestibular Disorders: From Cause to Cure
SAVE THE DATE! September 29-October 1, 2021, Portland, Oregon
This conference will explore causation, diagnosis, and treatment of vestibular disorders.
Within these categories, specific topics will include cellular and molecular causes of vestibular loss and regeneration, aging, Meniere’s disease, vestibular migraine, persistent postural-perceptual dizziness (PPPD), contemporary laboratory testing, psychometric testing, artificial-intelligence guided diagnosis, central compensation, virtual reality-based rehabilitation techniques, and advances in vestibular implantation. We also plan a panel discussion of people with impaired mobility due to imbalance secondary to head trauma, ototoxic exposure, and aging along with providers including audiologists, physical therapists, and otolaryngologists.
