Micaela Cornis-Pop Ph.D.
Micaela Cornis-Pop has earned a Ph.D. in linguistics and a post-doctoral degree in speech-language pathology. She has a broad experience in clinical care, administration and program development in polytrauma and brain injury rehabilitation. In her current position as Rehabilitation Planning Specialist in the Audiology and Speech Pathology National Program Office, Dr. Cornis-Pop is involved in the development of the VA Polytrauma Rehabilitation System of Care. Dr. Cornis-Pop has numerous publications and presentations at national and international conferences on topics related to brain injury and cognitive-communication disorders.
