NCRAR title: Research Associate
Sarah Melamed received her Ph.D. in 2006 in Audiology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Prior to obtaining her Ph.D., she worked as a clinical audiologist. She started her VA career at the NCRAR in January 2007. She works with Dr. Marjorie Leek as a post-doctorate research associate. Her research focuses on auditory perception with an emphasis in auditory electrophysiology, tinnitus, and psychoacoustics.
