Michael P. Davey, MD, Ph.D.

Michael P. Davey, M.D., Ph.D., is a graduate of Manhattan College. He received his M.D. and Ph.D. degrees from Cornell University Medical College. After training in internal medicine at the University of Michigan, he trained jointly as a medical staff fellow at NIH and rheumatology fellow at Georgetown. In 1988 he joined the faculty at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) and the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Portland, Oregon. Dr. Davey's research interest is in the role that lymphocytes play in rheumatoid arthritis. He is currently an Associate Professor of Medicine at OHSU and Associate Chief of Staff for Research & Development at the Portland VA. |
